At Nostos we want to create a unique atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy your night. Nostos offers contemporary Greek cuisine including many vegetarian and gluten-free dishes and is available for private functions and corporate events. The Greek word Nostos translates to homecoming, and once you've visited the restaurant, you’ll begin to feel like part of the family.

Nostos serves authentic Greek cuisine on the Italian dominated Norton Street strip. The vintage Grecian photos will transport you straight to the islands, and the warm, welcoming staff will make you feel like you’re sitting down to a family dinner.

Begin your meal by choosing from a vast array of Greek staples like grilled haloumi with marinated capsicum and balsamic reduction or Keftethes, Greek style meatball in a red salsa & spicy feta sauce. Small groups can order a la carte or dine in true Grecian style with the set menu, which offers a shared banquet of all the best on offer (required for parties of 10+). Make sure to save room for dessert with Galaktoboureko, Baklava and Loukoumi brought out to complete the decadent feast.

The large restaurant, modern and stylish, is spread over two levels with enough space to host groups large and small. On the ground level, tables for 6, 8 and 10 are set around the room with one large central table for up to 22. At the back of the main space, you’ll discover the leafy Mediterranean style courtyard, covered and heated, for up to 30 people on separate tables. Upstairs and overlooking the main space is the mezzanine with seating inside for up to 40, plus a small covered balcony overlooking the courtyard with seating for 12. Any of the semi-private spaces can be reserved for your group, or for a big fat Greek dinner party, Nostos can be exclusively hired for up to 150.

Friday and Saturday nights at Nostos feature a live bouzouki band that will get everyone up and dancing, so eat, drink and be merry at this traditional taverna that will have you saying “Ooopa!'
