Wine Tours with Jason cater specifically to small parties up to 11 with flexible tours tailored to suit the group. Every tour is guided by Jason himself and his passion for wine is shared with everyone he meets.

Get off the beaten track with a true boutique wine tour in the Hunter Valley. Jason endeavours to show locals and visitors a different side of the region by visiting 3-4 unique wineries where you’ll learn about different varietals and flavour characteristics of each wine through guided tastings. Jason’s close relationship with small vineyards allows groups to sample some of the finest, boutique wines and he’ll even let you in on a few of his secret spots.

If all the wine has made you hungry, the tour can include gourmet cheese, olive oil and chocolate tastings. Lunch is not included in the tour, but Jason can arrange a 2-course lunch at The Cellar for $40pp, or groups can eat an al fresco cafe from $15pp at the Hunter Valley Gardens with gourmet sandwiches, salads and burgers.

Tours depart between 7-7:30am from the CBD or other central locations upon request and return to Sydney between 6:30-7pm. Small groups can book into one of the scheduled tours which run 3 days a week, $120pp. For parties looking for an exclusive tour of the Hunter, Jason also offers private charters any day of the week for up to 11 guests, $990 (subject to availability).
