The menu has a distinct Mediterranean influence that can be seen in dishes like chickpea croquettes & tabouli almond gazpacho or chicken breast with crushed green peas, chorizo and saffron braised onions. Seafood lovers will be spoiled for choice with everything from Sydney rock oysters through to king salmon as well as their signature hot and cold seafood platter made for two. Meat lovers are catered to with a number of beefy choices from the grill or have the best of both worlds with the surf n’ turf option. Groups of 15+ will dine with ease using a reduced 2 or 3-course set menu, offering a choice of entrees and mains, all served with mixed salad and steak fries.
The restaurant is set-up for every diner to enjoy the scenery, with wrap around windows showcasing spectacular water views. The décor reflects an understated elegance, stylish while still maintaining a relaxed atmosphere. The open dining room offers a number of round tables for 10 and 12, and tables can be arranged to seat groups up to 24. For a more intimate occasion, Dedes offers a curtained private dining room for parties up to 12, or hire the entire restaurant for an exclusive lunch or dinner affair for up to 200 dining or 300 for cocktails and canapés.
